This was such an incredible experience. It’s so quiet!! Only a ferry ride away from Bellagio. I highly recommend for a privacy!! Would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at the Goose House. Very clean and had everything provided. The air con was a life saver in the summer heat. Fantastic location and a gelateria opened next door during our stay which was an added bonus! Tip - The street is quite noisy at night and in the morning, ear plugs are provided but would suggest bringing your own if you have a good set.

We stayed in one of the suite apartments for one night recently and it was fantastic, beautifully presented and clean. The communication with the staff was excellent and they are extremely helpful during the check in process with plenty of information which, given the location of the property, could be confusing without. Highly recommend a stay if you are in the area.

This place was amazing, we loved it. Very modern with everything you need for your stay. Particularly loved that it was an apartment but you can also have breakfast made by the owner in the building opposite from the courtyard. He was so friendly and informative and spoke good English. He even organised taxis for us and his communication was spot on and very timely. The only downside with this place was that we didn’t book for longer !!!

Lovely clean and well equipped little apartment. Only 10 min walk to the lake , cafes,shops and bars. Excellent communication with the host via email and WhatsApp Slightly narrow stairs and veranda to access the property so probably not so good for visitors with reduced mobility otherwise excellent

While my review is not 10/10, it is a gorgeous apartment. Plenty of space, right in the heart of Como, and it is definitely a place I'd book again. With an elevator! The insulation is great and couldn't hear any noise coming from outside - the bedroom also faces the internal courtyard. The tote with a small set of cleaning products was definitely nice to find. The team is at hand via WhatsApp and very responsive. My only remarks are about the check-in - there are several key locks in the alley...

Spacious, immaculate, well quipped property in an excellent location (the centre of Como old town). The owners were quick to respond to our enquiries prior to our stay. They also made contact to ensure we arrived safely and that everything was okay with the appartment. If travelling to Bellagio for a day trip; please be aware there are no views from the fast ferry. The regular ferry takes 2h. (Not sure of the views from it). In our opinion the bus was much better. A 1h journey on winding roads...

Mattia our host was wonderful. We kept in touch throughout out journey. and were welcomed warmly. So pleased with our upgraded apartment. Such a surprise. Thank you so much. It made our stay all the more memorable.
