There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"The lap pool on the roof top was great as well as the other pool. Quiet and nice view. The room was bigger than expected and very spacious and quiet! Beyond my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay there and will come back when I need to go to KL. Also, the hotel is 10/15 min walk to the Petronas Towers so great location with malls and supermarkets and restaurants around. Perfect really! "
