We booked this hotel last minute from a 5 night trip. The hotel was beautiful with a very peaceful roof terrace to relax and unwind. Our room was bright, modern and clean. The hotel is 15/20 minute walk from the old town 10/15 mins from the beautiful restaurants at the Port.

Third stay in the hotel. Cannot fault it. Staff helpful. Service efficient. Room very clean and roomy. Close to everything. We stayed for 2 weeks and would have stayed longer. We will be back.

This is a lovely hotel in the historic centre. Lovely room and a great breakfast. The real standout are the staff, they couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely stay again and actively seek out other hotels in this group.

Location was excellent. Everything within walking distance. Cleanliness and amenities were very good. Would definately use again if visiting Malaga.

Attractive hotel with external ‘living wall’ and modern interior decor. Guy on reception so friendly and helpful. We had a brilliant stay, marred only by the current closure of the rooftop bar due to refurbishment 😩

Clean room

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful .The rooms are very well equipped and clean and the bed is so comfortable that we slept well every night . There is a good selection of food at breakfast which set us up well for a day of sightseeing.The hotel is well placed for the city centre with good access to the main tourist spots. The ancient walls beneath the hotel have been beautifully preserved and make an interesting feature .

Fantastic

We have been to Malaga several times and stayed in both hotels and Air bnb's. Now that we have stayed at Room Mate Valeria we will not be booking anywhere else. It us ideally situated, quiet, nicely appointed rooms, lovely breakfast and, in Maria, has the best hotel receptionist we've ever met. The hotel is a 500m walk from Malaga Centro station so easy to reach from the airport, is close to the centre of the city as well as the bus stop and port, and next door to the cycle hire place. Great stay.

Fab location, 2 minutes from the cathedral so easy access to everything we wanted to do and see. We were 3 friends travelling so used the double bed and the sofa bed, both really comfortable. We didn’t cook in the apartment but appreciated the fridge, kettle etc. with supplies replenished daily. Great shower with loads of hot water including during the day after a visit to the beach. A great stay and amazing location.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a nice wonderful time. Lovely hotel and great location with very friendly staff! Breakfast was nice and the restaurant is also pretty good. Highly recommended!
