Brand new hotel with everything clean and modern. The design is beautiful, and the walk-in shower with a huge single-slab marble wall and high ceiling was the best we've seen in any hotel. The location is great…only a 5-minute walk to the beach and the museum, and about a 5-minute drive to the city center. The terrace restaurant was very good with a nice atmosphere. The staff were all kind, friendly, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff, especially the concierge staff who go above and beyond to assist. We particularly enjoyed the lovely rooftop terrace which had a small pool, sunbeds, relaxing chairs and an outside dining area with sun or shade. We ate at the poolside bar a couple of times for lunch and snacks and the food and drinks were of excellent quality. We had a room with a terrace which was very spacious. The hotel was in a nice location, close and very walkable to the centre, beach and port area with shops, restaurants and bars close by. Excellent hotel and would not hesitate to return but the breakfast experience needs improvement.

For a 5 star rated hotel, it is very cheap not to provide daily complementary water. Had to go out and buy water as even the water they sold in their mini bar was ridiculously priced. Also WiFi very weak on the rooftop terrace…. Exactly where you want it to be if you are chilling by the pool.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and was really impressed from start to finish. The design and overall style of the hotel are excellent, with a modern, sophisticated feel that creates a really welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The amenities were also first-class, with everything you could want for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The facilities were well maintained, clean and clearly designed with guests’ comfort in mind. The location was another major highlight. It was ideally situated, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area while still providing a peaceful and relaxing place to return to. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, which made a real difference. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and the level of service was excellent. Overall, this is a hotel I would have no hesitation recommending. Great design, excellent amenities, a fantastic location and outstanding staff made for a memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I can’t find anything negative about this hotel it’s practically brand new. Everything that we used in our room was brand new first ones to use in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the beach but I think everything is walkable in Malaga. The upstairs pool is small but not bad for a quick dip to cool down. If I can say one negative would be in the evenings if they would have more lively music upstairs in the rooftop but other than that the hotel was amazing. I would definitely recommend and return.

We stayed there 22 - 25 May. Family of 4 in a 2 bedroom suite. Everything is new! Staff were attentive and helpful. Location is great: near the beach and pier with many places to eat. Downtown is a shaded walk away. We would stay again.

Rooms are high end with a luxury but local welcoming atmosphere evident from minute one. Great location for both the beach and shopping and very walkable. Mattress a bit hard but room is quiet and secluded. Jose helped us with the bags and was always with a great welcoming smile. Highly recommend stay in Malaga.

Room was lovely and clean, well decorated. Concierge staff were very helpful. Slighly disappointed with the room as it had a view of the wall of the internal courtyard, and opposing corridor - due to this there was very little privacy when they blinds were opened.

We were misled when we booked the hotel. 5 hours before we flew we were sent a message via Expedia to state that the rooftop bar was closed all of one day. This was never explained to us and we were not compensated for the lack of the facility. To add insult to injury, we were kept awake until 3am while the contractors dragged all the equipment down the alley outside our room after the event. No one mentioned the issue. Presumably the hotel was happy to take our money but not recognise the disruption and poor service. The staff were presumably told by management to not mention it. When we did at departure the following day and were left angry with the ‘sorry’ given in response. Poor customer service and poor communication. We expressed our disappointment and everyone looked the other way. It was not 5 star that’s for sure.

Das Hotel hat Charme und ist sehr geschmackvoll, kreativ und modern eingerichtet. Der Flair des Gebäudes aus 1908 wurde perfekt erhalten und stilvoll saniert. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung. Das Zimmer war technisch hochwertig ausgestattet und bot jeglichen Komfort. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Kopfkissen kann man bei Bedarf gegen ein anderes Modell tauschen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Nicht zu vergessen das Restaurant und die Dachterrasse. Frühstück sowie Dinner waren exzellent. Die Dachterrasse bietet Entspannung auf sehr bequemen Daybeds und Erfrischung im Pool. Das Personal ist äußerst, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Die Lage des Hotels war für mich perfekt. Ich konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ein großes Dankeschön an José von der Frontdoor, der mich perfekt unterstützt hat, als der Uberfahrer mich bei Abreise nicht finden konnte. <3
