"Front desk folks were a little grumpy. Not rude or anything, just seemed like we were intruding on their time when we were checking-in and out.
Overall hotel vibe is like a budget hotel. But we chose the hotel for the location which is walking distance to tourists attractions. In that sense, they met expectations."

"A random booked hotel end up to be my ideal stay. Surrounding a lot food and walking distance to jonker night market with a lot of restaurest and cafe.
Bed is just right, firm and good sleep.
Just a bit noisy mid night a lot of motor bike passing by."

"The hotel is managed with a 24-hr check in counter with housekeeping on standby, Daily room cleaning or towel change is not provided unless if you request for it.
The breakfast provides a wide variety and the food was fresh and delicious.
One downside is the elevator crowd during peak hours where we had to wait a long time for the elevator to arrive and a long time inside the elevator to reach our floor. The hotel tried to mitigate the situation by having a staff to operate the elevator but...

The staff, Alif, was extremely helpful re local area and helped us with our forward travel arrangements. Room was nice. Everything was small and compact, but it was all there and functional. The breakfast is not within the hotel but a 5 min walk and is exceptional.
