"Dirty carpets, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or changed in years. Had to climb over the toilet to get into the shower. One small bottle of water for two people which was very strange. Advertised as with free breakfast but was refused this. Saw house keeping put all clean towels and sheets on dirty carpets outside bedroom door and not use a trolley, disgusting!"

"A great place to stay, clean, well equipped room, with an uninterrupted sea view, which includes of Caldey Island. Good vegan breakfast and bar and breakfast room overlooking the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Good price too and only a few minutes walk from the centre of Tenby. "

"The breakfast was amazing cooked fresh to your liking hot and tasty . The choice of cereals and fruits was exceptional . Spotlessly clean and fresh ,the attention to detail was delightful ,hand embroidered cotton table napkins ,and non spill classic white crockery ,all-round outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for the smiling attentive staff ."

"Ever heard of the expression “you can’t polish a turd”. This is exactly what the owners have done here. Back garden is filthy, tv did not work, but was replaced the next day, cobwebs everywhere, musty smell from damp, no extractor in the bathroom. Bathroom downstairs and bedrooms upstairs, this wouldn’t be listed, but important to mention now. The bathroom looks great from the photos, the marble tiles are plastic panels, fitted badly. I will upload some photos. I have to say this is the worse place we have stayed in. "

"The rooms were amazing, comfortable, and lavish. The staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating . The breakfast was amazing, really nice welsh food. The location is serene. The parking was free. The golf course view outside our room made the stay even better. Loved the bathroom, amenities were great. Well worth the price. Already planning a visit for longer. "

"There are only 3 car parking spaces but 7 rooms so not sure if it is first come, first serve system. The parking system is not straightforward but we were helped 100% by the owners. It is great and remarkable to find accommodation with parking in Tenby so definitely a bonus. "

"The Premier is a short walk from the train station. The room was big enough, comfortable big bed, coffee machine and kettle. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was a good way to start the day. The location is fabulous for walking on the beaches, exploring the town - lots of shops and restaurants right out the front door. Staff were great . "
