"the advertised location was way different to the exact location. it was supposed to be just a walking distance to the mall as advertised but it was actually 2 or 3 miles away. it must be corrected. hoping it is not an strategy to allure customers of the closeness to the mall. have to call the security everytime to get in and out of the building. i’m not coming back ever to this place"

"Location great for my shopping and medical needs. First day the Guard scared me and didn’t want to let me in the building and said that maybe I was deceived because didn’t know my unit number. It was not pleasant to hear that so I insisted to talk to Concierge. Sofa too small and uncomfortable. Liked the Netflix and Wi-Fi connection but went down for a day. Bed okay could upgrade to new one. Jenny was very helpful with any questions. "

"This listing should not be here in hotels. The place is a small condo, the bedroom is the size of the bed, and if you are 6' tall like myself, you will have to sleep diagonally to stretch perfectly. There's no room service, that's something you expect when you book from hotels.com assuming you will be booking a room in a hotel. If you ask for room service, they will offer it but for 20 US dollars. The wifi never worked while I was there, and instructions provided by the property manager...
