I don’t appreciate the fact that I paid in advance for a two bed room and I get there and I have a queen sized bed and a sofa bed. And I am supposed to be okay with it because the upgrade was free. Then the maid was trying to get in our room and because my friend wouldn’t let her in the front desk called up asking us are we okay because they heard we were sick. Like what? Overall the stay was amazing as usual. And we do this every year this one bad trip isn’t going to change that. Love this hotel and location. See you next year

The property was nice and convienent the building and room are our dated and beds are not comfortable especially the pull out . The building is older and needs some TLC but for the price and the fact we did not spend anytime in the room just to sleep and shower it was good

Best experience we've ever had. The room was cleaned daily, the staff were friendly and very helpful! Valet was nice! Overall a very fun and memorable experience for our wedding and our honeymoon! Thank you!!

Beautiful views and wonderful location! The mother & baby Monk Seal were below on the beach so thankfully the hotel had access for us at another beach. Everyone is so helpful and the property has the delicious Hau Tree Restaurant right at the beach.
