It sounded like they were working on fixing it up above me so that's going to help. The staff were all friendly. I have no big complaints. It was definitely very quiet at night."

"Loved almost everything: location, staff, restaurants. Only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was that I arranged for shuttle to and from airport for my group. Was originally told 150,000 Chilean pesos, however, when I went to check out, they told me that was just for one way and that I would be charged another 150,000 Chilean pesos for my return trip to the airport… tried to escalate at hotel, but no one got back to me…other than this transaction, beautiful hotel"
