"Petit dejeuner parfait pour commencer la journée. La chambre était de bonne dimension. Seul point à améliorer: ajouter des crochets dans la salle d’eau pour la serviette à main et dans la salle de bain pour au moins 4 serviettes."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. My only complaint is that there was major construction right under our window so the noise was quite loud in the morning and most of the day. Looking out to that wasn’t the best view. But the hotel itself and staff were very good. "

"Room was very clean and had plenty of room. Unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t work and it was a hot day. We overheard many guests complaining about it. Staff just kind took notes to pass on for the 2 days we were there and complained. They even moved us the first day, but it was the same problem. They don’t have windows that open, so we got stuck in a hot room for 2 night. Other than that the hotel has a perfect location and is very quiet. It’s across from a beautiful park and we just went for walks in the fresh air "

"Great shower , very good omelettes at breakfast, rooms clean but some things lacking like a coffee machine and a fresh smell. Comfortable bed but no ergonomic cushions available. Location decent although some dodgy places close by but I suppose that’s Germany now. Staff were polite and helpful. If I were ever going to Frankfurt again I would stay there again. Good value for money"

"I was checking in near midnight and was definitely tired. Lugging 2 suitcases i went to my designated room after queuing up to check in. Only to find that the key doesn't work and i even heard someone coughing inside the room. I had to go back to the reception with my 2 luggages and the staff realised he wrote the wrong room number. He apologised but it was just the wrong time for this mistake...... Other than that, location is great coz i was there just for 2 nights and out was easy to access the trains to spend a Sunday in Mainz and Frankfurt city"
