"I stayed for one night before an international flight, and the location was perfect—close to the train station, the airport, and plenty of shops, a pharmacy, Starbucks, and several bakeries. The bed was very comfortable, and despite being near the airport, the room was impressively quiet. The bathtub and full-length mirror were nice touches, though the room itself was a bit small. However, the front desk didn’t mention the steam and sauna facilities, and I only discovered them later—only to find they don’t open until 5 p.m., which was disappointing. The “Happy Burger Day” promotion at the 5th Lounge & Bar was also misleading; although the lounge opens at 9:00 AM, the kitchen wasn’t ready to serve food until well after 11:00. Overall, the room and location were excellent for travelers, but the service and communication need improvement."

Pool freezing cold and facilitiesold and uncomfortable, shower in room completely unusable, either freezing or burning with no mixer tap. Scorched my scalp when trying to wash my hair. Shockingly poor for the high price. Badly in need of a refurb. Everything you'd expect from a hotel badly in need of refurbishment. Despite lovely room size and comfortable beds, convenient joined rooms, the amenities so poor, it was a relief to leave and stay elsewhere in lower graded accommodation which proved much more comfortable. Shocked they can charge so much for such dated accommodation. So disappointed. This was supposed to be a treat stay of our trip, but it turned out to be the worst part. Frankfurt a fantastic city and christmas markets excellent. "
