"The check in folks were very kind and easy to talk to. The bar and gym are very nice and the pool is okay. The TV in our room cut out multiple times and lost internet entirely. The room was comfortable but overall this hotel lacks some of the amenities most others have on this strip in pigeon forge. Good stay for a night or two. If you have children I’d go to a different place"
