"Stayed 1 night in a family room, room was very clean and quiet. Hotel is in an excellent location for connections to all major routes and had plenty of parking. Staff very pleasant and helpful, we returned late and needed an additional duvet and they dealt with this quickly. Breakfast was good and had a reasonable selection though the coffee machine was broken (only 2 options). I’d definitely stay here again if I was in the area."

"the hotel was beautiful, lovely room and amazing bathroom. parking was difficult, the hotel us on a main road so nowhere to unload. nearest parking is above a shopping mall opposite that seems to have a million exits, i was directed to the wrong one but some not very helpful locals. i had 3 heavy bags so it took the shine off the stay somewhat. also the hotel has no staff on site so everything is keyless. weird but functional but they are available on text message and phone. there’s no food available at all here. apparently you are supposed to get an email before you arrive, which i never got and as i wasn’t expecting one i wasn’t checking my spam. So gorgeous building, lovely room just beware if you need to unload or carry anything or expecting to eat. "

"The hotel was great, the room was large with a great view of the grounds and lake, even had a hot air balloon experience taking off from the grounds which was brilliant to see, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was good quality, nice bar area including outdoor seating. hotel was in a great location with leeds castle very close by and multiple country pubs within a 10 minute drive"

"Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Pub staff also, and kindly gave my father no less than 5 different tasters of beers so he could decide what to drink! Lovely quirky interior - looks small from the outside but had lots of different small dining areas inside. Only tiny drawback was the very steep hill up from the rooms furthest away from reception. I hadn't seen it flagged on anything but that may have been because I used a third party site to book online"

"The hotel was so very comfortable with comfy beds, huge rooms and clean. The staff were all really friendly and had even put up a birthday banner and balloons for us as we were celebrating our birthdays, such a lovely surprise! The pool and spa area was nice and poop was a nice temperature. "
