"This is a Scam. They charged my friend for whom I booked this hotel more than double the price at the property to check in when, in fact, I made the complete payment online. They did not even provide them with the free breakfast as advertised and as per my booking. The staff was rude. "

OYO 10557 Le MountMahipalpur
2.8 out of 10, (3 reviews)
"This hotel doesn’t understand what booking means. I was called by OYO three times to confirm our arrival. When we got there after a long journey the hotel manager told us, with no apology, that they were full but he would take us to a different hotel! I have a suspicion that this a regular occurrence as the hotel we were sent to was not at all surprised to see us.
Worst service I’ve ever received."
