"Windows are not operating (even a little bit). Completely lack of the fresh air. Breakfast menu and food are horrible. Didn’t enjoy the stay at all, I wish I would choose a Holiday Inn like I usually do."

"Some of the staff was a little condescending but most of the gentlemen were excellent . We did have a roach crawl infront of us while we were getting ready in the restroom and it put us a little on edge but that was only once. The room was nice and there were a little bit of stains in the blankets but they were facing away from us so we didn’t mind too much to ask for a switch. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and a beautiful view of San Francisco. I excused most of these since if you are on vacation you’re not supposed to be in the hotel as much but we just wish it felt and looked a little cleaner. "
