Excellent new hotel with extremely polite and courteous staff.
Reception staff need a bit of training !! Especially AmanRaj who was not keen to listen to issues i wanted them to rectify after our checkout and said other guests are arriving so he needs to attend to them but when I looked back there was no-one behind me. Two issues such as bedside power plug sockets plate had come off and water was leaking from shower and reached under sink area and leading up to the toilet.

The place really exceeded our expectations. Very responsive staff and helpful as well. The Suite room were spacious and well maintained. I would highly recommend booking the hotel for your next stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Room services were amazing from laudry to taking our luggage up to room and down to reception. We were part of a wedding party so had 5 rooms and we all thr best experience which as you can imagine can be a problem but lords was amazing. We stayed for 2 nights and moved to a villa somewhere else and came back as the villa was terrible Thanks to all the staff
