"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"Ideal place to stay whether on business or personal. Accommodation is separate block in carpark, which has plenty of parking. Marston’s restaurant food is excellent. Room was great with aircon if needed. Note 2 story with stairs, so best to phone if infirm so you can secure a first floor room. 8 full fat EV chargers on site, including Chademo. Next door is BP service station with Asda local, Subway and Starbucks. Burger King also next door. Centrally located for business park but makes an ideal location if visiting area as all services are within easy reach include most fast food brands. For fitness fans the many pathways mean an easy circuit is available. Sunday running group use it as their base. Well worth a visit, recommended."

"Overall the hotel was really nice, and they have fantastic views, either over the large pond or over the canal over breakfast. It was in need of a little TLC especially in our bedroom. We did find the buffet a bit disappointing as it was cold and appeared to have been there since first thing (we were there an hour after service started). We also found one or two flies in the bedroom and the restaurant. However the staff were very friendly and helpful, and despite our minor issues, we would return."

"The room itself was recently renovated and very nice. The hotel overall needs a lot of attention. The building looks very run down. The lobby has had some renovations but lacks sophistication, The staff were all VERY friendly and helpful. Having a restaurant/bar in the hotel was a nice conveience. The hotel is off to the side of much of the city center but easily accessed and walkable to restaurants, bars, stores and bus station, There is also a bus stop just across the street that has a popular line running on it. I enjoyed the city bus ride to Alton Towers, I could walk to local canals and parks."
