Super comfortable and clean apartment.

Wonderfully well located on a quiet street near the La Latina metro station. Large bedrooms, clean building and very clean apartment. A great place to stay, we will be back!

Good impression but poor details.

Good location in El Rastro & métro. Comfortable bed but blocked sink, no pans or pots to cook so we had to spend money in restaurants. Badly fitting doors so cold draught. Broken shower bracket. Unsuitably high shelves & hanging space for average height guests. Too high to reach a glass or plate! Other than an international number no way to contact Limehome. I’m a host myself offering very high quality accommodation so found this apartment very frustrating. Pity as the furnishings and location are good.

Darkness in Madrid

2 week stay in the dark. Our apartment did not match the pictures. It was an interior apartment so it was pretty dark. We tried to change but nothing available. I wish they had listed the different type of rooms and layouts from the start.

Property was clean well maintained. Elevators was a plus. Whatsapp responses were very slow and there was a two hour plus delay between filling out the online check in, reaching out on whatsapp and finally recieving feedback that their systems were down and unable to issue a check in code.

Wonderful but had to keep the broom close.

My apartment was so nice and cosy, I loved it. The only trouble was the first they assigned to me was unbreathable, and the second had too much dust which they offered one cleaning for but it was a downfall of the stay was having to have the broom in hand all the time, and keeping an eye for a creeping spider.

In need of maintenance. Door knob fell off with minutes of arrival - but was promptly fixed. Bathroom door lock didn’t work and the when it did people often got stuck.

The place is in the middle of football area, and it is very noisy in the evening, which is not really a problem if you close the windows. We experience a problem in communicating with the owner, who did not answer about our absence of Wi-Fi and strange noises from the air conditioning. The rest of the flat is great

Buena zona, muy mala comunicación

Mi experiencia en este departamento fue bastante decepcionante, especialmente considerando que era una estancia de 14 noches. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, algo que no esperaba para una estancia tan larga. No había papel higiénico, ni jabón para los platos, lo cual es algo básico. Solo había un juego de sábanas, sin repuestos, ni toallas de baño, lo que fue una gran molestia. Además, debido a un cambio en mi vuelo, traté de reservar una noche más, pero me negaron la extensión, alegando que solo alquilaban para estancias mayores a 14 días. Me vi obligada a desalojar, sin recibir ninguna solución. En resumen, no me atrevería a recomendar este lugar si buscas una estancia buena comunicación y ser bien atendida.

Fue una buena elección por su ubicación y la transportación cercana. Tuvimos problemas para entrar el primer día porque no teníamos la explicación necesaria, finalmente llamé y resolvimos. La propiedad tiene muy buena seguridad y casi todo lo necesario para cocinar y resolver nuestras necesidades. La recomiendo.

Mala comunicación con los empleados, mal servicio

La comunicación con los empleados de la propiedad es muy deficiente,es a través de whats app, siempre te contesta una persona diferente en el mismo chat,estuve 2 semanas y jamás me cambiaron las toallas ni las sábanas, cuando llegas hay 3 rollos de papel higiénico y jamás te lo vuelven a reponer, si llegas a pedir algo como por ejemplo la reposición de rollos te piden el número de reservación, el nombre de los ocupantes, un dolor de cabeza, de plano tenía que salir a comprar el papel higiénico a la calle por qué cuando te respondían ya habían pasado horas.

La ubicación está muy bien, el tamaño y comodidad de apartamento estan muy bien pero si que la limpieza no es todo lo buena que debería. Al baño le hace falta limpieza a fondo sobre todo ducha y ventana que da a la ducha con mucha suciedad acumulada.
