Over all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The down side is the hotel is far away from Madrid and the price does not reflect this. Very nice food in the restaurant.

A really good hotel option.

It is in great shape and the breakfast was good with lots of options. The location is very close to a shopping center with everything you would need. There is no air conditioning so I do wish I had brought a fan. The customer service was excellent.

Great for visiting Madrid if you are driving

Hotel is in a good position as a stop over or a visit into Madrid. Free parking, good breakfast and our room was comfortable. The staff informative and gave us good advice re metro. Metro into Madrid easy to use, frequent and very cheap. There are several restaurants nearby and the lunch we had in the hotel was good. Would reccommend.

I come to Madrid regularly and stay in the Sercotel Rivas. I never had a bad experience Its clean, very friendly and professional staff and has a good restaurant . Metro station is 10min. walking distance.

My trip was to visit a family member who was sick the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were also very accommodating to my situation. I would also recommend staying here for the future. There’s no major thrills but a good solid and clean environment which was comfortable.
