The property is well situated in a quiet street in the center just steps from the crowded Gran Vía. The apartment was good and clean but not great because it lacked space in the bedroom, it was very tight between the bed and the closet, you couldn’t walk through, had to cross over the corner of the bed to get to that side. In the kitchen even though we weren’t planning to cook, it was only very basic stuff, it even lacked some other basic things like a cutting board, more utensils like a bread knife, cups, etc. None of that was the worst part, the second night we couldn’t sleep at all because the people in the apartment above us were making terrible noise and arguing, the front desk was closed and we tried to call the number posted as the right one for that time of the night but nobody answered
