"The hotel itself was nice. However, there were two things that ruined our stay. We arrived at 7pm in hopes of going for a swim and the pool was already closed. And the other main reason we picked this hotel was because it had a free shuttle to the airport. EXCEPT for at 10am, when we needed to go. ..."
