Fantastic and very affordable stay in Madrid centre

I only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed for longer. Check-in is at 2pm but I arrived early (around 11.30am) and the friendly staff on reception arranged for me to check in early. The facilities are excellent - the dorms are spotless and have a new, fresh look to them. Breakfast was included and again was of good quality. There is also a bar open in the evening until 2am. Overall the hostel is a good size - not too small like many of the 'hostals' in Madrid but not too big so...

Brilliant location with shops, amenities and Metro/Underground stations opposite the apartment. Easy access with stairs and lift. Friendly staff and helpful with info. Comfortable room, beautiful interior, has everything you need.

Really great hostel. Rooms and facilities were clean. There was a locker under the bed, if you buy your own lock make sure it is a very thin-barred one so it fits. Shower rooms could be bigger but had their own little sink, mirror, and places to put your things. The shower was strong and nice and hot! There is also a sink, urinal, and toilet cubicle too. Never had to wait for shower to be free - there are four on each floor (2 for male, 2 for female). The kitchen area was good with plenty of...

Just a fantastic week. Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful, social, genuine and accommodating. Great location, it's a small hostel on 1 floor of a building right next to the main square. Very clean. Showers were brilliant. Beds were actual beds and not bunks and although my mattress wasn't great I didn't mind and got a good nights sleep every night! If I had to pick one area of improvement (and I'm being really picky because honestly it's one of the best if not the best hostel I've stayed...

Absolutely underpriced. So cute, well decorated, extremely clean, and full of good vibes. The staff were exceptional, especially the Asian lady working there. Thank you so much for such a great experience and excellent service.
