"O come to Fresno often and have stayed here before. Last time I was in a nice suite (Hampton inn and suites?). This time I paid more for my room and it was tiny which wasn’t the worst part. The bed faced the window which had no blackout curtain so the sun was in my face the entire time. I couldn’t even see the tv it was so bright. I will not be staying here in the future."

"I like that breakfast is included, though it’s the same options every day. The rooms are quite spacious; however, we were expecting housekeeping at least once during our week-long stay. Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel."

"Location was perfect! Visited the Shinzen Friendship Garden (inside Woodward Park) and Forestiere Underground Gardens. Hotel has all amenities for a comfortable stay including a restaurant on site. "

"Staff was very friendly . Rooms were dated but clean There were several choices for breakfast. We really enjoyed the variety of Rose bushes on the property . We spent one night but wished we could have stayed longer . We recommend this property"
