La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fresno Northwest
4/10 Poor
"We reserved 3 rooms and could only use two because the people in the room next to my daughter were so loud and inappropriate that my grandchildren were too afraid and they all had to stay in one room. My husband and I had a room away from them but the room was poorly maintained. They should have received a credit for one room."
"A lovely experience our first time there that was about three years ago and we continue to go every year we love the staff. They’re very friendly. The pool needs to be better cleaned but overall it’s clean enough to go swimming in and they love pets. Breakfast is great. The breakfast women are amazing."
"Breakfast was very limited but WAS advertised as "continental". Also was charged the $50 fee twice instead of it being taken away when we checked out. Trying to get that straightened out. Staff very friendly, pool looked good, room was good, and clean."
"I like the quiet beauty of my room. Also loved being able to use the well maintained pool. The location is great with restraints, and shops nearby and the staff were highly professional."

6/10 Okay
"Property seemed clean but there was a huge cockroach on the wall by the tv that we noticed after we were already in bed. Husband caught it in a cup and put a lid on it and I made him put it outside the door. Tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work to call out, so I used my cell phone to let them know. Front desk called our room after, so the phone worked for receiving calls, they told us they got the cup and sent a picture of it to the manager and we’d be given a credit toward our room but my daughter didn’t ask how much. Since I prepaid through hotels.com, I wasn’t sure how that would work. I don’t see any credits yet but maybe it takes a few days to show. Luckily we didn’t see anymore bugs but we were sure to keep everything zipped up and didn’t sleep great worrying about what else might be hiding. The breakfast options were limited since the pancake maker was broken and the juice dispensers were too. Homeless sleeping in the bushes and will walk right up to you or your car in a daze. This time we thought they were going to talk to us but instead started conversing with the wall by the entrance. Always interesting in Madtown."
"Always a great stay with this Ramada inn I’ve been here about six times and never not once had any issues or complaints it’s always so relaxing and peaceful staying here and it’s why we always choose this location to stay while I’m in town I will always recommend this location to my family and friends"
