"The room was clean it had aircon in the bed was decent. Other than that, I was not too happy. It started with not being picked up at the airport as to that was the reason I chose that hotel supposedly free shuttle service. I tried reaching them through text phone calls and Expedia the day before we went to no avail at all. There was no drinking water available except for two small water bottles which is your daily allotment, apparently there's a charge for the after. No running hot water. And a big sign in the bathroom that said water not drinkable. They did have an elevator that was in good working order"

"Location is on a very busy street. We had a premium room located in the rear with a pool/courtyard view. Room is somewhat small but it was very well maintained and everything worked as it should. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Airport pickups are free (you may need to pay the parking fee, 65 pesos) but airport return shuttle is P300. Our driver, Roberto, was great! All staff were helpful and genuinely friendly. They all had smiles on their faces and greeted us warmly. Pool was perfect. A great place to take refreshing dip. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs cooked to order, toast (mango jam!), ham, rice, chicken in mushroom sauce, coffee and juice (apple drink very sweet, more juice options would be great). Good value overall. Would highly recommend but get a room in the back."

"I had a few issues with my room, the cabinets were old and worn, a few roaches were in the bathroom and it smelled like bug spray was used. Would not recommend. The toilet seat had to be repaired and it didn’t flush properly, but they did fix it….. I booked for 13 days, but only stayed overnight once out twice with a friend. Breakfast was ok, I had fried chick with eggs and rice… average taste. "
