Very friendly staff clean rooms but with hanging wires around. First night I wake up 4am because of a noisy drunk guest having a loud video call and the guard or whoever served him Red horse beers did nothing to void it.

100 percent worth the price

Staff was super attentive and friendly. The place had a guard due to the business of the street. The area is a bit sketchy at night but overall safe with a friend. Reviews are correct in saying how the noise is crazy loud ant night and only a thin blanket. But for the price it’s 100 percent more than worth it. Will use again .

It is what it is and you get what you pay for. It's a budget 2 star hotel and as such dont expect 4 star comforts. It's local standards, lots of locals go there, as do budget travellers. As such it's good, and has a cafe on premises which makes it convenient.

Very good nightly price for room. Food is very good, ate there daily. Laundry service does good job. They do have water pressure issues and not all windows lock. But they do have nightly watchman at gate. Very good location to explore the city by foot. Drivers outside also very good at finding anything you need. I would recommend for anybody that can deal with lower quality amenities for a better price. bathroom water went out but it is expected in Cebu. Can be very loud most of the time as it is located next to main road.

I cannot give a bad review because the place is extremely cheap. You get what you pay for. Staff is kind. I took away a star because the breakfast is a joke. They tell you you can pick between rice and pancake. But if you choose the pancake you get 3 very small ones and do not get any meat. Also they only give one egg with breakfast, despite the world wide standard being 2 eggs. It was almost weird the way they was so stingy with breakfast. But hey the place is as cheap as a hostel and you get your own room. So I connot really complain.

I mean it's 15 bucks per night, what do you expect. The area around the hotel doesn't feel really safe. For what you pay you cannot pretend a lot, but our sheets had cigarette burns on them. On top of that, there is no hot water, which is not disclosed in the description of the hotel. The person that helped us at check in didn't really speak English, and the breakfast is very limited.

There were mosquitoes and flying cockroaches in the room. Wi-Fi did not work in the room. Other than mosquito bites and cockroaches running all over the bed everything else was okay. Total cost for the room was $23 USD. If you're on a tight budget and don't mind sharing the room with insects and don't need Wi-Fi this is the place for you.

Bait & Swich.. You need to know the beautiful locations on the photos are nowhere to be found! No pool on property (as description leads you to believe).. Shower & Television not working until late next day.. Ants in bathroom sink.. List goes on.. Had 8 days paid for in advance, stayed for 3 and checked out (of course no refund) but couldn't pay me enough to stay there for another day!! Great learning experience for myself..
