Maylin was the standout member of a superb team of staff at the hotel. Everyone was so helpful and super friendly. The room was clean but a little worn in places, nothing to complain about. River view room is awesome but, with the river in full flow, it’s loud, didn’t stop us from sleeping though. Breakfast was good, decent selection and a cooked to order omelette was excellent. Easy walk from the train station and close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu. Would I go again, definitely

Highly recommend staying here. The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to help us and give us local insights too. The hotel restaurant was excellent and we had a discount for staying there. Stayed two nights which was ideal for arriving the night before our visit to Machu Piccu and the next day we could enjoy Aguas Calientes too. The room was comfortable with lovely Peruvian touches. Our room did not face the street so we had no noise (buses and trains start very early in this...

Great hotel with nice shower. Walkable distance. The hotel is close by the famous agua calientes. The hotel manager will try to make you comfortable. He was professional and succeeded in making our stay as comfy and agreeable.
Great massage offers with genuine therapist. Clean place for massage. Breakfast was good too.
Surroundings;
Be careful with restaurants providing fake advertising that will inflate the bill. They will increase the price and lied about it.

Good location in Aguas Calientes, a little noisy at night but didn’t go on too late. Staff provided a packed breakfast ready for my early Machu Picchu start which was appreciated. Easy walking distance to MP bus stop.

What an amazing experience. The room was clean, great shower with hot water and comfy bed. The food was incredible. The views were amazing. The hosts were so communicative. Picked us up and had dinner waiting on arrival. They thoughtfully put the heater on in our room so was super cosy. They even had hair straighteners. This place is truly a haven.
