The room was pretty basic, kitchenette although no tea cups, no air con, small shower and shower head was broken it dribbled water constantly so we had to leave a towel to stop the sound. "The room was lovely and comfortable, and oh so quiet. I enjoyed eating my breakfast on the balcony in the sun, which I prepared in the shared kitchen. The downside is only that you are quite far out from Sintra and even further away from Lisbon. If you don't rent a car (which would be better), public transportation is doable, but it will take a lot of your time, as I found out!"
"The hotel staff went above and beyond for two American tourists trying to enjoy the best of Portugal. Secured us a cab to take us to some of the more remote places and recommended amazing dining in the area. Definitely recommend staying here if you come to Sintra. "
"From the moment I arrived, the host was helpful and accommodating for an early check in. The views are breathtaking with windows directly facing the ocean. Conditions of the room were nice and the continental breakfast provided was complimentary. Perfect for taking outside to the balcony and enjoying the scenery from the 4th floor. "
"Amazing- room was fantastic with a nice little patio in the back over overseeing the ocean. Could not be nicer. Place to take walks in both directions. Room was very clean. Maria greeted us upon our arrival and was fantastic throughout our visit. Breakfast was amazing. Never had better scrambled eggs in my life. The manager also made two dinner reservations for us at very nice restaurants. Private parking, gated and safe.
