We had a lovely stay it was a beautiful hotel I will be back

We found all the staff in the hotel extremely friendly and helpful. On our arrival a member of staff brought a very welcome cup of tea and slice of cake to our bedroom.

Perfectly positioned hotel to enjoy Kenmare whilst spending time on the Ring of Kerry.

From the moment we entered the hotel and met the concierge, Teddy, until we left three days later we were made to feel special. We were helped each with suggestions of where to visit and what to see. On the first evening after a tiring trip out to Killarney, we found the atmosphere in the adjoining Irish Pub, Jarveys, wonderful and welcoming. This is a lovely hotel in a great location with the nicest staff. The only downside is that the floors have a couple rooms that are separated from the elevator by a few steps that make it difficult when you have a lot of luggage. That aside, the rooms are very well appointed, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at the hotel and we, once again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is superbly well equipped, with breathtakingly stunning views. The lakeside room we stayed in was stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely, and were attentive, friendly and very approachable. First class hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The food was delicious and full use of the spa was a lovely added bonus.

My family and I had a brilliant time! Michael, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We actually had a bit of an emergency take place and he stepped in and handled our needs to ensure we were taken care of. I couldn't have dreamed a better service. We'll be back!

Had the most wonderful stay at Ballyseede castle. Felt totally relaxed with a lovely homely feel. Staff were so nice and food delicious. Lots of rooms to just hang out and enjoy some quiet time . Room was lovely and comfortable with great shower. Beautiful grounds for walking around and just enjoying the castle. Fantastic stay overall.

This is very possibly the best place i have ever stayed! The entire place was immaculate. My room was gorgeous. The bed was enormous and super super comfy. The room felt brand new, all the decor was finished to SUCH a high standard. The bar down stairs was exactly what you would want from.an irish pub. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who bent ovwr backwards to accomodate its patrons. Paul in particular was fantastic, tended to my every need. The pizzas, made on site, were out of this world....

We were welcomed by Sheila, the co owner who offered tea beside the log fire on our arrival. We shared their lovely home for the booked 2 nights & then stayed an extra one! Breakfast was served by Sean & was at the time requested & of very high standard. On our return after dinner ( at local restaurants) there was an offer of tea or coffee each evening , no matter how late we were. Sean was very helpful & knowledgeable with planning our days out to the Ring of Kerry & evening meals

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Clean hotel, good choice of breakfast foods. Good location.
