"The setting was beautiful. Just outside the national park. The check-in procedure was fine but we had no idea where to go. There are no signs for “The Reserve.” The apartment was pleasant but it needed a good deep cleaning. There was all kinds of stuff on the floor, long hairs in the shower floors and pube hairs on the wall of the shower. The lack of air conditioning was fine. We opened the windows and it was cool. "The location was perfect, convenient to many stops on the Ring of Kerry and walking distance (< 1 mile) into Killarney. The apartment unit was very spacious. One thing that wasn’t explained well is that you check in at the Brehon Hotel, but other than that everything was perfect. We would love to stay again if we come back. "

Great Place

"Had a great stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable from the inside . Could do with a tidy up on the outside. Weeds, pavement etc. Hotel staff were really lovely, and very helpful. We used the pool twice, which has hourly slots that you need to book. Again the attendees were very pleasant and helpful. The furniture in the bedrooms could do with an update. Overall we had a lovely time due to the cleanliness and comfort of our room and the lovely staff x"

"Amazing central hotel the room was amazing and the maid service plus all the extras like hairdryer iron board tea coffee will definitely be back Only one set back they had no bureau exchange in the hotel should maybe think about it in this day and age all the hotels mostly can do the basic sterling to euro exchange "
