"We were in the middle of moving house and booked this apartment nearby while in transition. It lived up to its name. It was a great haven. Plenty of great restaurants close by as well as the Metro supermarket a block away. Friendly people. Has and elevator and a washing machine. Very nice kitchen. The mattress of the room we slept in was very comfortable. The water was nice and hot for showers. One tub bath, one shower bath and a guest wc. There were only the two of us staying but it could...

"Very nice place, on the Nile directly, nights was so relaxing, the spot itself deserves 5/5, but with one issue that bothered me was hot water for shower, no hot water was annoying.
4/5 overall "

Known for its interesting museums and stunning river views, there's plenty to explore in Downtown Cairo. Top attractions like Talaat Harb Street and Midan Talaat Harb are major draws, and you can catch the metro at Orabi Station or Nasser Station to see more of the city.
Cafes, museums and historical sites are just a few things travellers like about Zamalek. Sights like Zamalek Art Gallery and El Sawy Culture Wheel are spots to explore, and you can get around the greater Cairo area at Safaa Hegazy Station.
Nasr City is well liked for its parks and casinos. If you're hoping to get in some sightseeing, City Center Shopping Mall and Citystars Heliopolis are top spots, and you can jump on the metro at Stadium Station or Fair Zone Station to get around.
If you're in Heliopolis, take some time to enjoy the ample dining options. Consider stopping by Tivoli Dome, and you can hop on the metro at Al Ahram Station to see more of the area.
I booked the hotel but actually stayed in their other property Sama Sherif Basha Hotel due to unavailability issues. This could have gone terribly wrong and was offered to stay in Sama Sherif and at 4am in the morning I don’t want to end up in the streets so accepted. The trip was saved. Ahmed was very helpful in settling us in the rooms and it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in the room and could feed a whole village. The Waldorf Astoria is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at... It is stunning and for travellers who want luxury, convenience and an unforgettable stay, this is the place. The hotel oozes quality. The staff are fantastic, the rooms (we were upgraded to a suite) are beautiful, spacious and clean. The facilities, including restaurant and pool are also excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would not stay anywhere else in Cairo - by far the best hotel for miles around....

The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. The room were very clean and the whole property area was very nice location and I would recommend it to everybody to visit.
The breakfast was very limited. I was expecting a bit more variety.

Not like other Four Seasons, but they have specially view on the pyramids from the window of my room. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and pleasant, room service was really good and very helpful, I called them at 3.30am asking for a extra duvet, its provide straight away :)
Location is great there is not in a quiet location off the main noise road, but the real problem about the noise was inside my room, the guys in the next room making so high conversation...

We (myself, my husband and our 9yo son) stayed for one night there, we got the room with the pyramid view. And what a treat was to wake up to that view! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is really nice. The coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice were perfect! The bed was very comfortable and big enough for the 3 of us. They also sent a driver to pick us up at the airport. Note that the hotel is across from the Night light show and not the main entrance. You would still need a ride...

This is a new hotel in Giza. It's about 15 minutes by car to the pyramids and the museum (about an hour from the airport).
It's a stunning hotel, newly built, with great pool areas, well equipped gym and a huge selection for breakfast.
It is in a business park setting so there's nowhere around to walk/get dinner/local vibes etc. If that's what you're looking for then stay elsewhere, but if you want to relax in a modern, clean hotel then this is your place.
