"This was great place to stay, the staff was awesome helping with questions among other things. Our room was super clean, with no bugs. The hot tub outside is a really nice addition to the large pool. Great sunsets and the bar & grill is near the pool. We really enjoyed our time there from check-in to departure. The beach is also very clean and they do have beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent. There is also a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms which is a plus. Parking is on the smaller side on the beach hotel, but the is additional parking across the street ( not far ) by any means. This would be really good from small to large families looking to get away and having a great time on the beach. Shopping isn’t to far away about 2 or 3 miles out. There are two elevators that will take you from lobby upto the seventh floor. "

"Loved the location, cleanliness of the room. Beds were rough on our backs and some Terrible people spit and threw food at us from their balcony but other than that everything was great. "

"Floor were very sandy a dirt y, the room stunk and the tv would only work with WiFi and the WiFi wouldn’t stay on. Had to use my phone as a hot spot to watch tv."

"Breakfast was bare bones - They actually charge you extra for an egg and bagel sandwich. Only two types of cold cereal. Juice machine broke. There was a place for hard boiled eggs, but no eggs until our third breakfast. They didn't clean our room until after our third night. Had to request clean towels three times. Elevators broke just before we checked out. We had to carry our luggage down four flights of stairs. We were offered a partial refund by the desk, then told "oops, maybe not" because we booked through Hotels.com. I expect way more from a Hilton property. "
