"Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente.
Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good.

Good, comfortable, clean working room with full amenities, nice view of the lake, very good local arts shop in the lobby. The restaurant was OK - lack of English skill resolved by ordering via iPad with pix. If there...
"The room is very clean, breakfast is excellent, location is next to a mall, plenty of restaurants and fast foods. Close to highway and the industrial park. Will definitely come back again. "

"This Holiday Inn actually adjoins the Hualuxe Hotel (both properties are owned by the IHG group). When you arrive, you check in at the Hualuxe reception area. A buffet breakfast is served on Level 1 of the Hualuxe property; guests also have access to the swimming pool on Level 3 of the Hualuxe Hotel. The properties are located in a fairly quiet, leafy area, and it's only a 12-minute walk to the Guangming Road metro station, from where you can get to the centre of Shanghai in just over an hour....
