Lunar Crater Back Country Byway

Everything was really clean and nice in the room. The pool and hot tub were nice, but they only had one pool open since we went in February. The check in process, and anything customer service related was horrible. I had a beverage credit but wasn’t sure what it could be applied too. I tried calling and sent them a message with no answer. Every time I walked by the front desk, the line was too long for me to want to wait in for a simple question. Three days after checkout they answered my message. The location is a long walk from the strip too if you plan on doing anything there.

The room was very clean and inviting.

Nothing in the room was free, but only the fridge was really apparent that it would charge you for taking the things and we got charged $18 for a bottled water that was on the counter. How about just don’t put stuff in the room if it costs money.
