"I came to Germany for a trade fair at Messe Berlin and found hotel prices during the event incredibly high. For 22–24 September, I was quoted €378 for a single bed in a five-person hostel room. Then I found this hotel in Potsdam for €414 for two nights. Getting to the fair was easy: the tram stop is about 200 metres away, and with a transfer to the S7, the journey took around an hour. "予約した場所に行ったら、部屋がなく、他に変更されメールでも電話での問い合わせも出来ず、30分近くスーツケースを押しながら地図を頼りに探し、やっと辿りついたアパートメントはエントランスフロア、階段、共有部分は工事中。部屋は水回り工事が未完成でシャワーを浴びた後、洗面所の床に水が漏れて来て、大変な状態。訴訟も辞さない程の最悪なホテルでした。エクスペディアでホテルを予約したのですが、アパートメントで、記載されたホテルの部屋とは全く別のアパートメントでした。 最悪です"

"We had a beautiful room with a modern bathroom and rainforest shower including shampoo & shower gel. The staff were friendly and smiling. On our first morning, breakfast was quite chaotic and we were not oriented to the breakfast room, however subsequent days were fine and the food was a good variety and of good quality. The orange juice did keep running out though! The air con is centralised which wasn’t helpful for me as I am a very warm person. The room had a fridge which was great to put our own drinks in, including milk for our coffee. (There is a Lidl just around the corner). The hotel is close to the U bahn and close to lots of lovely restaurants. I recommend eating out at the Italian around the corner and going for a biscoff latte in nearby coffee fellows! I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to a great team. Special mention to Claudia in the breakfast room! Thank you."
