We booked this hotel for our honeymoon but that was a pretty bad call on our part. The AC in the room didn't work and the room was hotter than the lobby. After about an hour of trying to fix it at 4 in the morning, they offered us a tower fan. I hope this is not a standard for all the 5 star hotels. ...

Bedroom carpets were a bit old and stained, lumpy in places. 5th floor corridor carpet was always dirty, needed vacuuming, even had an earbud in the middle of the corridor. Waiters super polite and helpful staff.Comfortable stay overall.
