"Rooms are awesome with courteous staff . There is a negative point is it’s entrance of hotel is from parking area on 2nd floor where hotel is located. No one in Ludhiana can beat the rooms ,but if hotel improves it’s entrance , it would be cherry on cake."

Nobody from reception was there. Had to wait 2hours for manager to come. Manager didnt know about our stay. We shower our ID and reservation papers and still he didnt want to give us a room.
