We had a fantastic experience, every member of the hotel team were amazing.

forth time at this hotel. always excellent service

It was a lovely experience from checking in to checking out. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was lovely. Within walking distance to the town. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Short bus ride (no. 24) from Luzern station. Open plan - no door to bathroom - very modern.

Gorgeous hotel close to the centre. Clean, hot shower and lovely room with a view of the lake. Could not have asked for better service, especially Victoria who was so generous with both her time and knowledge. Recommendations were excellent! Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Hotel is nestled between the trees on the mountain side overlooking Lucerne. I've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and Chateau Guetsch is up there with the best. Views from our balcony were stunning and the Hotel it's self was fabulous. I would use this Hotel again if visiting Lucerne in the future.

Here’s a polished hotel review you can use: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a clean environment, and a memorable experience. I will definitely be...

Lovely hotel, lovely location, lovely staff. Wifi was patchy but maybe not such a bad thing for a retreat holiday! 😉

Great staff, specially Celina at front desk who helped me with milk for little one. Great breakfast menu and big spacious rooms, right opposite train station

Quite a place! Stayed in the Jagdschloss (surprise upgrade - Thank you!). Stunning views over the lake to the mountains. Gorgeous spot and lovely rooms. Ate at the restaurant which is run by the hotel - excellent food and a good atmosphere.

really nice and clean place!

Loved the view from the room and the private part of the lake was stunning

Nice place for a start to hiking around the place where Saint Nikolaus von Flüe used to spend his life.

Superb place. It's more of a business place than tourism, but suited me well as it's peaceful and safe parking for my motorcycle. Staff are wonderful and price great. The restaurant is excellent! Service and food. I'm still not used to Swiss prices but think it's normal for meals and drinks here. The breakfast provided is excellent!
