"Hotel is clean and staffs are friendly! It is close to station and most places, very convenient. Special thank to the gentleman at reception desk, who helped us order taxi! Uber is not very popular here. "

"Great room. Two big windows and plenty of space to open our suitcases. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Very helpful staff. They arranged dinner reservations, gave us tea while we waited for the room to be ready, had apples for guests to take, and made us feel so welcome. Location is excellent! So easy to get around. Steps away from underground shopping, trains, boats, and beautiful scenery!"

"The rooms are not big, but they are efficient, like everything else in Switzerland. Well laid out and comfortable. The hotel itself is in a good area with shopping and dining nearby and a relatively short walk from the train station. Highly recommend."
