"Very relaxing, secluded property. Access to rooms over swaying bridges was awkward. Elevators did not work over 2 days. Reported twice with no response."

"This is a very beautiful property. The pool, lake and grounds are very nice. Our room was an expansive suite that was fairly priced. Only issues were th limited menu at th bar and pool (though the burger was excellent) and dearth of Us style plugs or USB ports. "

"Our cabin was quiet, clean, comfy and rustic. The grounds and beautiful and the staff was friendly. They even arranged for a driver to take us to Tres Fronteras. We had a problem with our dinner one night but the issue was resolved in a professional manner. "

"All was wonderful. Our beautiful room was down a long flight of stairs. Fortunately, they assisted with our bags. We are in our late 70’s and would never been able to do it ourselves. "

"We loved the pool. It was nice to cool off in the hot afternoons. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean although none of the soap , shampoo etc dispensers didn’t not work. It is unsafe to drink or clean teeth the local tap water- but all water had to be purchased. Brian at the front desk told us about a local corner shop where we could go to get large 2lt bottles of water and other snacks. "

"Room well worn in need of refit. Very noisy on a Main Street with dogs barking, traffic, construction morning to night and music well into the night. Would be greatly improved with sound proofing patio door. Pool excellent, breakfast very good front desk helpful but 10am checkout when most flights are later afternoon a problem. "
