"The hotel staff was very accommodating. They provided plenty of great options near by for dinner. Breakfast was included in our package and there was a lot of variety. Kevin went above & beyond to help get us our tickets to the park and check us in for our flights and print boarding passes. Thank you for a great trip! "

"Hotel with individual lodges, bit dated, had a basic kitchen area. Bed ok. Unfortunately partner got food poisoning at the restaurant, had not eaten anything else that day. Staff very friendly and helpful. 2 pools very nice. Quite a bit of road noise. The hotel recorded a taxi driver who was fantastic. "

"O hotel tem ótimas instalações e o atendimento da recepção é muito bom,a área de lazer e de apoio também é muito boa. Mas quanto a parte para a gastronomia deixa muito à desejar com lanches fracos,o restaurante pouco contribue nos obrigando a buscar outras opções fora do hotel e o restaurante La Terraza não vale nada a pena. Ótimo hotel que precisa melhorar sua oferta gastronômica para seus hospedes."

"My flight got delayed and I ended up arriving late at night. Not only i messaged them trough whatsapp and via hotel.com, as soon as I knew around lunch the day of check in, but they also never provide information for hôtel transfer they claim to offer, and they never opened up or provided the key as they were closed, which I found out at 4am being left alone there. This is unacceptable."
