No smile it's like they don't want your work. The other lady was so loud it's like the whole Foley can hear her voice. Not all customers are deft. She needs to lower her voice and she needs to talk to the guests nicely. And when they give me the instructions on where my room is I tell them I already know where is and thank you. And then the other lady told the other last “She's so rude”. "
