"Room was VERY clean and spacious. The check-in was easy and the parking was free and accessible. The hotel was in the midst of renovation, and the 4's in that area were a result of that. The construction started around 8 am with drilling and hammering and I had driven late. I quickly put in ear plugs and all was well. The night clerk was kind and helpful, as was the day clerk. I was a little annoyed with housekeeping as check out was at 11 and I put a "do not disturb" hanger on my door. Despite this, the male housekeeper banged repeatedly on my door while I was in the shower until I welled back "IN THE SHOWER!" Then, when I went to get a luggage cart, he asked me was I checking out. I said, "yes," He asked me when and I said "once I get a luggage cart and get loaded." Notably, this was 10:45 a.m. and checkout wasn't until 11. The continental breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The area was very clean. I would definitely stay again, but they need to curb their housekeeping's enthusiasm a bit."

"The receptionist upon arrival was really pleasant. She informed me that I was pre checked in and that was great because they had overbooked. I could not take a shower because when I turned in the water, it sputtered and immediately turned into black water. I googled it and this is what it said: Black water refers primarily to highly contaminated wastewater from toilets, sinks, and dishwashers containing human waste, pathogens, and grease, requiring specialized treatment. It is distinct from greywater and poses severe health risks. It can also refer to dark-colored water in swamps or natural, nutrient-rich, or polluted water bodies. Also the room next to me was extremely loud and could not get any rest. When I went down to reception to express my concerns, the gate was down and no one was present. I would not recommend this location to anyone due to the black water alone. I had to wash my face and hands using makeup wipes, I had to brush my teeth using water from my Stanley . "
