The first time I stayed here my room was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. This past weekend my room reeked of cigarette smoke and the bed made a terrible noise when you got in and out of it. There was also a homeless man who had set up camp in the gazebo 1 night. Before I saw my room I booked for another stay in the fall. I’ll give the place 1 more shot but if it the same I will not return.

This place was awesome - very convenient and right off the interstate. Was perfect for getting an Uber/Lyft downtown. The breakfast was great and they had cookies and cupcakes ready for the football game. Great job to the AU Lodge, we will definitely be staying there again!!! Thank you all very much for an amazing time!!

Basic accommodations at a reasonable price.

Definitely not high end, but the staff was friendly, room was clean, they offered a hot breakfast bar. Next door to the Waffle House. Looked popular with tradesmen, though I wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic getaway.
