"I booked this hotel as it was close to a music festival I was attending on the harbour front. The buffet breakfast was fine, the staff were attentive/welcoming, the room had a nice view of the harbour plus the beds were comfortable. The room amenities were a bonus as were the soft drinks in the mini bar. Overall I had a good experience at this hotel and I would consider staying again. "
"Super comfortable hotel in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helped us in multiple occasions from arranging early check in to airport transfers with luggage handling. Will definitely return! "
"The room was huge and the staff were lovely. We ate at the Steakhouse twice, and the staff remembered our names and what we had ordered the last time. "
"I wish the water heater lasted a little longer. The hot water only lasted for 2 min, 10 min of hot water would be enough for a shower.
Aside from that, everything else was great."
"Spectacular view from the room. Very clean and modern. Subjective but a very comfortable bed. Awareness of Gluten Allergies. Close and convenient covered access to the Exhibition Centre East rail line. Very easy getting around the city from here. "
