"Really, it's an adequate place to stay if cost is a factor. It was cheaper than the La Quinta next door, but not by much, and I wish I'd gone to the other because I was hosting my nieces. If it was just myself, the cost would have been the main factor and the inconveniences wouldn't have mattered. The place came across as a bit shabby. Clean, but shabby."

"The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel."

I stated this was never laid out in the website and he immediately said he’d give me a discount to not reflect the 3% surcharge. It seems this is a scheme to boost revenue at the location and will be nullified if questioned. "
