The staff were helpful and very friendly. The housekeepers were also friendly and professional. My suite was well cared for. The location might have been closer to the beach but overall, it was a great. I'll happily stay there again.
The hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice. Unfortunately, we had to pay extra pesos upon check in to get the room we booked which I found not fair but we needed a place to stay. I had booked through Expedia originally.
The hotel was good for a one night stay. The rooms were clean, bed was just ok, pretty firm mattress. Very basic. The traffic along Highway 1 was loud until10 pm and starting again at 5:30 am. The location was convenient to walk to a few restaurants and stores.

The staff were excellent, the first night I found a long black hair in the shower and the bed. It's on the main drag, very busy and noisy. It's a long way from any beach and various activities. I would not stay there again.
There were no towels in the room. Had to find room service to get some. There was a strange odour in the room. Lots of noise from people in the other rooms out in the hallway. Bed was clean and comfortable. The chain to flush the toilet broke in the middle of the night. Not the worst hotel, but i wouldnt recommend it.
The property is constantly being cleaned by staff, including daily room cleaning. Kitchenette dishes and utensils are meager but sufficient. The main drawback is its location right beside the main highway with many vehicles travelling at high speed, creating constant noise. Our bedroom was at the back of the unit and isolated from the road noise. The only other issue is that the cable TV carries ONLY Spanish-speaking channels, and we don’t speak Spanish.
Definitely a three star hotel. Location was good—walkable to restaurants, 1.3 miles to the beach and about that to downtown square. Rooms were small with no dresser & one chair—suitcases on the floor. Housekeeping lacked—every day we had to ask for towels. When we arrived—4 of us—there were two towels. Breakfast was decent but heaven forbid you ask for more than the small portion they give you. They had potatoes, waffles, some type of eggs and fruit and toast along with gravy beans and some days nachos. I asked for extra eggs since I didn’t get any of the other stuff and was given them begrudgingly.
Overall it was okay. Just okay. I’d recommend staying somewhere else. Our week in the room was noisy due to street noise and the blankets were thin.
This hotel was great. From the moment you walk in, it looks very clean, staff smiles and greets you and overall its very pleasent. Room size was good and had a working AC and good pressure shower. It is in front of the highway so expect some noise from cars, it didn't impact my quality of sleep.
Things to improve:
- The pool was VERY cold. I couldn't get in and part of the reason why I chose this hotel was the pool. I think more people would use it if it was at least room temperature, but no, it was very cold.
- The rooms only come with a thin sheet. We had to turn on and off the AC because it would get too cold and the sheets weren't enough. On 2 nights we didn't even turn on the AC and was cold.
- I did not try the breakfast but for $150pesos, you can eat a bigger meal nearby. It would be great if more options were available.
There is a grocery store across from yhe property. I made toast in a fry pan. There was a blender & coffee maker.

Front desk was friendly and flexible, as we had booked the wrong date. Rooms are small, area really noisy. An ok place to crash for a night, but bring earpluga
We had a brief stay here but had a very good experience. The rooms are clean and nice, the pool is a good size and the staff we encountered was friendly. Easy on the budget and close to restaurants and the bus stop is a few steps away.
