Ocean view good, staff very attentive. NOT ENOUGH SUN LOUNGERS. Guests get up at 5 a.m. to save chairs and if you don't you won't have one anywhere. Around any pool or beach, Every single day and they do not enforce the rule of removing people's things after not being there over an hour. Ruins your trip!!

This is a nice resort. Clean. Beautiful infinity pool. One noticeable major issue, however is the accessibility to food and drinks. It was difficult to order drinks and food around the pool. It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. The tipping system wasn’t clear. One of our servers at dinner expected an $80 tip. It was disappointing given the price paid for all inclusive.

During our one-week stay, everything was comfortable and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and kept our room clean every day. Among the hotels in Los Cabos, I think this one is the best. The pool was amazing, and ordering food was very easy and tasty. I would love to come back again — highly recommend this place! Thank you!

We arrived our rooms were not what we booked we needed 2 queen beds we had a big family teenagers who needed bed not roll away beds ! Also we where charged for gift shop teams after using Apple Pay so double charged , we had know power fist night, no running water ! Never compensated in any . way. The manager lady was very rude in the buffet don’t want to even repeat how she talked to me like I was a child ! Not rude once but twice! The food at the restaurants was good the resort staff was also good the entertainment can be improved! Just buffet lady manager was bad !

Our suite had a nice view towards the ocean. The staff are very professional. The outdoor pools are great, from the kids pool to the infinity pool and of course the lazy river (our favorite). The beach view from the pool area is expansive. During our visit the hotel wasn't at capacity so easy access to pool chairs. We did not choose the all-inclusive plan at $150 PP/day. The meals are expensive and if you drink very much (we don't) it is probably a good idea. It was easy to spend $75-80/pp for dinner, and $50/pp for breakfast. The alocholic drinks were okay.
