"The number of pool options was nice, however, there was limited wifi access at the two pools closest to the front. Not that it always matters, but for those who work while on vacation, that would have been nice. The staff were awesome, and the resort was very clean.
It was too much of a party resort for me, reminded me of Vegas. I wouldn't recommend for those who are looking for a quieter place to vacation."

"Quite possibly one of my worst trips to Cabo. The most rudest staff members.. extremely unhelpful. Anytime you ask him a question they would say refer to the app. The concierge was absolutely horrid. It was more like a retirement home than an adult hotel. We pretty much stayed away from the hotel the entire time we were there. We were always at the sister hotels because the stuff was much nicer and friendlier. I would ABSOLUTELY stay away from this hotel and we’ll never come back. Also, the fan in the rooms forget about using it because it makes us squeaky sound the entire night. There’s a lot of trip hazard by the pool. I actually fell and injured my shin. The pool servers are rude. They forget your order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!"

"This hotel is great. The location is amazing (by the beach, close to the downtown area). The swimming pools (along with the one from the next door hotel accessible) are great.
The food options (different restaurants to choose from) are really nice as well.
The staff was really nice and helpful, but i have to say that the restaurant staff were not super friendly.
I was a bit disappointed by the lack of communication from the staff by email. I tried to get info about transportation before arriving, and I also tried to retrieve a lost item after i departed. I emailed them several times and received no answer whatsoever.
