Robin and Moxie were super fantastic. Room was nice but the ac was a bit crazy. Turning on Tv we had to ask for help because cable box was high up on top and we didn’t know. Good room space. Clean and great shower. Very ecclectic place. Roof top bar was very nice. The only concern was people in ally, not part of moment property, partying and screaming cursing. Very nice place to stay but might have an occasional drawback. I can’t say enough about how great Robin and Moxie were. So helpful and fantastic!

This was the perfect small hotel for our trip. The room was a great size - not too big, not too small. The area felt safe and very walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

The best budget hotel I have stayed in in Los Angeles, absolutely! The staff was super helpful and friendly; totally professional. Moxie The bartender was extremely helpful and courteous to me and my son last night. My compliments to all!

Nice hotel. My second time staying here. Convenient location . Very walkable . Parking also available. They don’t have breakfast or any food. There is a grocery store couple blocks away so that was not an issue. I would recommend and i would stay here again ,
